Pine Creek Real Estate was formed on September 14, 2011 in Galeton, Pennsylvania and has been growing by leaps and bounds every since by assisting buyers and sellers of all types and sizes of real estate. 

 

Since 2014 our broker, Shelly Wattles, has been concentrating focus on marketing and selling RV Parks and Campgrounds.   Our entire staff has a passion for camping and the outdoors.   

 

With our main office, at 20 C Bridge Street in Galeton, PA, we our centrally located and travel throughout Pennsylvania and New York states to meet with campground and park owners to help them meet their needs for an EXIT PLAN.  

 

We work with buyers interested in campgrounds and parks to help them meet their needs of finding just the right campground or park.   We know that these buyers will spend the next few years working to grow and tailor the park to their initial vision.

 

We know that buying or selling a campground is a big decision and a life-changing event.  We will be there throughout the entire transaction ensuring that the details are handled in such a way as to make it as worry-free for both parties as possible.
